1. How much is shipping?

We offer a flat rate shipping of $3.95 through USPS Media Mail to anywhere in continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses.

FREE SHIPPING through USPS Media Mail is offered for orders over $25

Note: Orders have to be over $25 after any applied discounts to qualify for free shipping.

2. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to US addresses only at the present time.

3. How do I track my package?

You will usually be notified of your tracking number by email when you order has been processed. You may also send inquiries regarding your order to service@SlimyBookworm.com

4. Do I pay sales tax?

Texas Residents pay sales tax currently at a rate of 8.125%.

5. Where do I fill in my voucher code?

Make your selection, click on cart on the left lower side of the homepage. Once in the cart view, scroll to the end of the page and fill in your voucher code in the voucher box.

6. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards through Paypal at various dollar denominations.

Note: You do not need a Paypal account to purchase our gift cards. To redeem the gift cards however, you would need a Paypal account. If you want to redeem a Slimy Bookworm gift card and you do not have a Paypal account and you do not wish to establish one, contact us at service@SlimyBookworm.com so we may issue you a voucher to redeem your gift card.

7. How soon is my order processed?

You can expect your order to be processed within 1-2 business days. If processing of your order is delayed for any reason, we will alert you quickly.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, gift wrapping is available for an additional fee of $2.99

9. What is your return policy?

Slimy Bookworm offers a 45 day return policy on merchandise in new unused condition. We do not pay shipping for returned items except if it was due to our error.
